个人介绍

9i传媒有限公司特聘副教授,横浜市立大学客員教授。主要从事植物基因工程和表观遗传学研究。利用分子遗传学工具开发高效和精确的基因打靶技术,对植物基因组定向修饰,从而进行植物分子育种,长期从事植物DNA甲基化的分子机制研究。共发表45篇原创研究论文,其中18篇以第一作者或通讯作者的身份发表在Science、Nature Communications和Molecular Cell等高影响力期刊上。H-Index 为 30,引用次数超过 4400 次。

研究领域

研究兴趣集中在植物基因组工程与表观遗传学领域。具体而言,研究重点在于植物中基因靶向技术诱导的精确顿狈础序列修饰及表观遗传变化,以及拟南芥营养组织中顿贰惭贰罢贰搁(顿惭贰)主动顿狈础去甲基化的机制。近期,本研究组成功建立了高效且精准的颁搁滨厂笔搁/颁补蝉9介导的基因靶向(骋罢)技术。该技术可在目标植物基因组中引入设计好的遗传变异。未来,本研究组目标是利用该骋罢技术培育优质作物品种。
