长期从事藻类生态学与生物技术研究,主持和参与科技部重点研发项目、国际合作项目、面上项目、青年项目、中国博士后科技基金面上项目、湖北省博士后创新研究岗位资助等10余项课题。发表厂颁滨论文20余篇,授权发明专利4项,曾获山东省博士后创新创业大赛银奖、湖北省首届博士后创新创业大赛银奖和全国第二届博士后创新创业大赛优胜奖。
